Niso

Introduction

Niso is a colony of The Land of Kings and Emperors founded by OnderKelkia the present Minister of Defence of that region. It is presently undergoing constitutional and cultural change. It generally has a futuristic focus and has recently adopted a American style Local Government. It does not have the right to independent foreign relations or its own army and the LKE maintains the right to appoint a Governor General (presently OnderKelkia) to oversee the region. The majority of internal decision making is left to the democratic process. Niso presently uses this flag:
