Nuova Toscana was acquired from the generous Sakkrans. It is located on Sslaa II, a harsh desert planet of extreme temperatures and toxic deposits, used primarily for research and development, fleet-building (offworld), and mining by the Dominion.
Arrangements have been made for other NDA nations to be allowed access to Sslaa II.
