The Republic of Nurakai is proud to bring to you the latest in Reconaissance Aircraft, ranging from the XRT-36 to the ultra-experimental R-339X. Nurakai promises only the best of quality aircraft will be provided, and that no secret tracking devices will be installed. Each country is even permitted to send experts to examine each step of the manufacturing process and every part of the aircraft itself for aforementioned devices at no extra cost (though it will slow down the speed at which the aircraft can be manufactured).
