The Satanistic State of Olmedreca is located in Mediterranica. Olmedreca is generally considered to be oligarchy, or “Educated democracy” as government of Olmedreca officially calls it, because votes of people with higher education or military rank have a lot more weight, majority of population does not have any voting rights at all. Olmedreca is considered to be highly militaristic as army has large influence in society. Its main religion is Satanism. Olmedreca is member of Mediterranican Union and Anti Communist Treaty Organisation.

History
Ancient history
Human settlement in Olmedreca became possible 11,000 to 13,000 years ago, when the ice from the last glacial era melted away. The oldest known settlement in Olmedreca is the Pulli settlement, which was located on the banks of the Elenac river, at moder region of Gildor, it was settled around 11,000 years ago, at the beginning of the ninth millennium BC. By 7000 BC Fenno-Ugric tribes had reached to all modern regions of Olmedreca.
First kingdoms and rise of Selentine Empire
About at 500 BC kingdom of Bromalard was founded at banks of Dakhan river, it was overun by neighbouring tribes about 100 years later. About at same time several city states were formed at coast of Selentia, most importnant of them were Orothain, Oromor and Argdun. In 380 BC at north around Draskari, Kingdom of Selentia was formed, by 200 BC it controlled practically all modern day Northern-Selentia.Then came age of instability and by 57 BC Selentia’s south border was pushed back to Adain river. King Lembitu II restored order and started new invasion to south that was succesfully continued by his successors. By 230 AD Selentine Empire controlled all modern day Selentine Coast. By 600 AD empire’s border had retreated back to Dakhan river, mainly due attacks of different tribes from modern day Borlain and Pasha regions.
Rise of Pasha, Sylvermyr and kingdoms in east
At 700 AD kingdom of Pasha was formed, by 800 it controlled all modern day Western-Pasha and fight with Selentine Empire for dominance over South-Selentia started. In period of 812-1047 Pasha and Selentia fought 7 wars, at one moment Pashan forces even reached to Adain river but were pushed back, by 1047 as result of 7th Selentia-Pasha war Selenita acheived full control over modern day South-Selentia again. In period of 890-943 tribes in east formed 5 kingdoms along river borders, those were: Elenia, Gildor, Bartonia, Siria and Theira. In north kingdom of Sylvermyr was founded at 975.
Selentine Empire’s expansion to east and north, Agarian Wars, formation of Alfland and Morphia
In 1124 new Selentine Emperor Lembitu V invaded Borlain and forced all tribes in area to surrender by 1135. At same year Pasha was invaded in 8th Selentine-Pasha war, Lembitu V achieved numerious victories at decisively beated Pasha at Battle of Volkor in 1139, resulting annexation of all Pasha. In period of 1140-1143 all city-states and tribes at region of Desolia accepted dominance of Selentine Empire. In 1142 Selentine-Sylvermyr war started, South-Sylvermir was invaded and Sylvermyr was forced to cede all areas south of Sylvermyr forest to Selentia in 1147. In 1148 both Silma islands and Tule islands were captured in short campaigns.
Lembitu’s son Jaak II continued enlarging empire and after several short wars in period 1151-1154 all towns at coast of Arndor were captured. Next target was Trarg. Selentine-Trarg war started at 1160 and Jaak was succesful at beginning, Selentines succesfully captrued one Trarg town after another but in 1162 on their way to capital which has same name as region Selentine forces were ambushed and completely destroyed by forces of Warchief Alar. Next year Alar’s forced captured Aragert and burned it down, that defeat meant the end of Selentine expansion.
At Agaria, Taavi, king of Bartonia wanted to build his own empire. Bartonian war started at 1141 then Gildor was invaded resulting fast victory, next year Theira was succesfully conquered. At 1143-44 Taavi made several invasions to Elenia which all failed and resulted huge losses, next year Siria invaded from East, captured capital Barton and forced Taavi to give up his new territories returning to pre-war borders. Elenia-Gildor war 1148-1160 was fought over dominance of Elenac river, several towns at river banks on both sides were burned down but war ended with stalemate at original border.
In north kingdom of Alfland was formed at 1178 by king Olev I. By 1191 all modern day Eastirelch, Galavir and Morphia which at that time consisted of independent tribes and city-states were conquered to Alflan. After Olev’s death in 1193 Morphia achieved independence, now as fully united kingdom.
Government and politics
Posts of Head of State, and Head of Government, are combined together under title “First Citizen”. First Citizen term is defined at 15 years, one person can serve as First Citizen unlimited number of terms. First Citizen effectively holds both executive and legislative powers as he assigns both ministers and members of Parliament(“Riigikogu”), also First Citizen chooses members of Supreme Court. Supreme War Council can vote First Citizen out of office if 5 members of council agree with it.
Votes of citizens with higher education or military rank have a lot more weight in elections of first Citizen. Some examples:
Lieutenant = 1 point, Bachelor's degree = 1 point, Captain = 5 points, Master's degree = 5 points, Major = 50 points, Doctorate = 50 points, Head of Olmedrecan Academy of Sciences = 1000 points, General = 1000 points
Importnant note: university degree points brought in example are only about natural sciences and mathematics, statistics and computer science. Social sciences and humanities have 5 times less voting weight and voting right starts from Master's degree(with 1 point).
Military holds extremely strong influence in Olmedrecan politics. In government there are usually many high officers, also majority of First Citizens have been officers.
Strongest opposition organization is Olmderecan Democratic Union(ODU) which main goal is equal voting rights for all citizens. ODU tries to achieve its goals through peaceful methods and its only opposition organization which has widespread influence.
Communist and anarchist organizations are outlawed as they are considered dangerous to the State of Olmedreca. Nationalsocialist and fascist organizations are not completely outlawed but government and military strongly opress them and their influence is minimal. It is believed that Olmedrecan Military Intelligence is behind assassinations of several high communist and nazi figures.
Demographics
Ethnically three major ethnical groups in Olmedreca are Estonians, Finnish and Hungarians. Hungarians form majority in territories of Plains of Ar, Territories at south of Ar have Estonian majority and territories north of Ar have generally Finnish majority. There are also many smaller Finno-Ugric nations located in Olmedreca like Sami, Ingrians, Livonians, Karelians etc. There is practically no foreign immigration to Olmedreca due extremely strict immigration laws.

Main religion in Olmedreca is Tharapitaism. Local Shamanistic/Animistic traditions are also very strong, especially at Plains of Ar and areas north of it. Of foreing religions Zoroastrianism, Shintoism and Buddhism have managed to gain some popularity.
