Othar Tryggvassen

Othar Tryggvassen is a member of Twafflonia's Department of Foreign Relations. Once an elected legislator in the Twafflonian Department of Social Policy, Othar was chosen to work in a training program within the Department of Foreign Relations designed to familiarise interns with awareness of Twafflonian national and international policies. Othar eventually retired, but came back to serve the Foreign Relations Department upon request in the position as ambassador to the Kiravian Empire.
