Paulus Mannikr dan Polikarn is an important individual in the Great Star Empire of Allech-Atreus. The Duke of Polikarn on the planet Hypnus, he joined the Imperial Guard at an early age and rose through the ranks quickly. He was promoted to Grand Marshall by the Emperor himself, and became the leader of the Supreme Command when Allech-Atreus XVI took the throne.
In combat, he was a Field General during the Zaprular Uprising on Satalpatra, early in the reign of Allech-Atreus XVI. He won distinction by rescuing the imperiled Taktar battalion from their position behind enemy lines. He became friends with Landaman Pendankr, the current UN Ambassador, during this action.
He was also responsible for putting down the Novartzan Insurrection on Gindan.
Grand Marshal Mannikr is a distinguished academic, having recieved a master's degree in military theory from Imperial University, as well as degrees in political theory and history.
