Per-Joppe Rikhard Kristiansson (born 13 December, 1969 in Stolleborg) is an Adalese politician and Chairman of the Christian Democrat Party of Adal.

Kristiansson has participated in politics practically all his young life. He was elected to the Adalese parliament, the Federal Convention, at the age of 24 in 1994. He was elected second vice chairman of the Christian Democrat Party in 1999, and after the sudden death of the long-serving chairman Dennis Allansson, Kristiansson was elected Chairman.

Between 1998–2004 Kristiansson was member of the Constitutional Committee of the Federal Convention, chairman of which he was 2002–2004. Kristiansson's first time as minister was rather short: he was nominated Minister of Domestic affairs 2nd January, 2006 in the Arnold Dier van Skogen's seventh cabinet, which was the second shortest in Adalese political history and held the office only for three days. 11th February, 2006 Kristiansson was made Foreign Minister of Sonja Burgenstein's cabinet. In June, 2006 he was accused of sexual harassment of an ambassador's wife and had to resign, although he continued as party chairman.
