Peteronia City

Peteronia City is situated in the East of Peteronia and was a prehistoric meeting site and the seat of power of the Unitonians. The city itself has a population of approximately 6 million. The Parliment buildings are situated beside the Khazar river, near the Regional Governance building and surrounded by beautiful parkland. Although President Peter likes to spend most of his time in the nearby small city of New Belfast, the Presidential Palace or The Columnade as it is known, is situated less than a hundred metres from both the regional government building and the Peteronian Parliament. Overlooking this parkland is St. Peter's, Peteronia City's exquisite 12th century Roman Catholic Cathedral, with ceilings painted by Peterangelo, where the Cardinal of Peteronia, Peter Kerry presides. All this is in walking distance of the city's buzzing commercial sector with towering skyscrapers built with the money from the book publishing industry. There are various Irish pubs, dark coffee shops, book shops with hidden corners, downtown theatres and video shops to suit everyone's tastes. Famous ex residents include Peter the Great, St Peter of the City, (the late) Peter Ustinov, the afore mentioned Peterangelo and most importantly Peter Peterson, the founder of Peteronia.

Due to trade and close diplomatic relations with Kamsaki, Peteronia has shared in it's missile defense system technology and Peteronia City is protected in a similar way to Rakoji City.
