Praetonia is a land of wealth and prosperity, but it has not always been so. Long ago, Praetonia was one of the biggest nations in existance, ruled by a fuedal 'government' with very little technology. That all changed in the civil war, when Praeton was burnt to the ground, the population decimated and a Democratic Government took control. Science and technology followed, as well as the opening of the sea borders for diplomatic relations. Praetonia has grown and adapted into the beacon of prosperity that it is today.
