Overview
Year Two of the Nedalia Premier League brought with it much excitement and buildup. In fact, the championship was decided only on the final day of football, with new champions being crowned. Rappor FC took home the crown with a home win over 8th place Momesta AC in a convincing 3 - 0 victory that put them 2 points ahead of runners-up Honsfield Athletic, who could only muster up a draw in an away game to the 16th place Strundanne FC Lonestars. A year after suprising many by taking the runners-up position in the inaugural season (Shoreland United where champions), they surpised even more people by taking the championship.
As for Shoreland United, they could classify the season as somewhat of a disappointment, having taken a step backwards from their first season. With stars such as Nene and Chris Yamtech on the squad, they were hot favorites to retain their trophy. Instead, they crashed down to 3rd place, as Honsfield Athletic, behind the stellar play of of their aging striker Matis, his young Nedalian counterpart Hrjove Brando, and their star Nova Britannicusian midfielder Henry Maitland took 2nd place.
