Pyrus was created from stolen phaft project technology from the Empire of Tyrantis. While the scientist that stole this technology could not duplicate the same process used on Thirohpes, he came to another way of doing this. By merging the Phaft with the clones DNA, he created the same effect as on Thirohpes. He named his creation Genesis. However neglecting a critical bit of DNA to make his creation listen only to him, his creation named himself Pyrus, killed his master, and destroyed the facility along with a vast amount of Acturus' military force for the time. It is then said that Thirohpes defeated him in battle, and Pyrus began training, and eventually took over Population, after it's defeat of Acturus.

After this little is known of Pyrus except his part in the Ruin War, and the Nameless One Campaign II. In both wars he was a great warrior causing great fear in his enemies, causing them to break and run at the mere sight of his two blades. It is said That Pyrus recovered the legendary Sword of Valor, Levistus, and used it to defeat the Nameless One. It is also said that he is the one who defeated Thirohpes after the Ruin War, apparently killing him, even though the body of Thirohpes was never found...
