Born to the children of West African immigrants, Qabe Oujadda is a unique player. In addition to being the only black player on the current Purple Sea Urchins selection, he is the only Muslim. In fact, he is one of only 4,000 actively practicing Muslims in the entire nation of The Pazhujeb Islands. A youthful, pacy, and athletic right wingback, Oujadda was recently named by the Pazhujeb Islands Football Association as the most recent captain of the national team. This decision, while not poorly received by the football watching public, was unexpected, as Oujadda is extremely young, an ethnic minority, and other more experienced players were favored to grab the honor.
