Recall Vote (Liverpool England)

A recall vote (sometimes capitalised) is a negative vote against an incumbent Premier in a Liverpool England Confidence Vote. If the incumbent receives a third plus one (151) Recall votes from Parliament, they will be requested to disband their Cabinet and resign.
