Regional Passwords are the primary method of insuring regional security against invaders trying to take over the UN delegacy and through it, the region itself.

Regional passwords may be brief, well-known, and easy to guess (to keep out the completely uninformed riff-raff) or may involve long strings of purely random characters (to keep out everybody except when the password is briefly changed to something comprehensible to admit members.)

Invaders are required by NS law to send out the password to every native in the region, even if they are 59 days inactive, there are no exceptions. They must spell out the password clearly and will be deleted for griefing if they don't. (Think Fisz)
