Radio RejisCAST

The name of this Radio station means "Rejistanian broadcasts". This station is renowned for sport reports (especially of the World Cup) and for the different styles of rejistani music (many local radio stations only play the local style of music). Not only foreigners listen to it regularily but also rejistanians, especially because the reporters use the 'protection' of a foreign language for disrespectfull disputes and discussions, which might be considered to be not acceptable in Rejistania. That means: No one actually admits to listen to this radio station but you can find often a line on the frequency bar of the radios on exactly the position where RejisCAST is.

The station is broadcasted via AM and can be recieved in most parts of FIFA. It was a private firm for quite a long time but after a severe financial crisis, the state took over and secured its existance.

You might know the following persons as DJs, live reporters or news-speakers:

  • Sirake Tekim
  • Elin Ri
  • Idine Sala (retired)
  • Ju Lyku (retired)

People marked as retired still appear sometimes as stand-ins.
