Probably the most underestimated alliance of NationStates, the RWC hasn't shown it's face and military might to the world yet. Led by Holy Panooly and The Macabees little is known to the outside world about the structure and organization. Many nations who are member have an impressive history and their own allies of oustanding might - Bision, RBA and New World Order. What the RWC is going to do in the near future is unknown and so are the motives for their hatred against NATO.
