The Rineu Liberal Tolerance Party is a regional level political party in the Region of Rineu.

Leadership
Chairman of the Party
The Chairman of the Party is an office that is assumed as the leader of the party. He is elected every three months (over the 21st day of the month) His atributions are:
a. Publishing the official statements and declarations from the RLTP in the Press Box.
b. Moderating in the Forum of the Party
c. Allowing the Entrance and Recruiting of Nations to the Party
d. Negociating and signing pacts with other parties or nations.
e. Coordinating the votes regarding laws as a Parlamentarian Block
f. Publishing the corresponding timetables of the Internal Election of Candidate to Prime Minister and Chairman of the Party.
He can be removed by a vote of no confidence.

Ideology
This is the result of the Ideology written by the Grand Duchy of Sinisland, in April 21st,2007. Currently, a convention is held for changing it considerably.
- The RLTP knows compromises between nations for regional development is key, we look to the better development of the Region. We are convinced that if each nations prospers, then Rineu prospers, and it is our responsibility to establish new politics that allow our nations to prosper for a better Rineu.
- The RLTP strives to see a Rineu governed by people for the people.
- The RLTP respects each countries rights and will make policies that make the sovereignty of each country respected.
- The RLTP will seek justice, to eliminate all authoritarian power, and will recognize the Prime Minister as the Head of the Government and the person that has to apply the policies in each native of Rineu to prosper, and with each nation inside Rineu striving to be the best Rineu will be the best.
- The RLTP will respect the internal policies of each country, and will make the balance for a better Rineu.
- The RLTP concerns its self with education and technology, knowing that each country should strive for up-to-date technology for a cleaner and more powerful tomorrow.
- The RLTP is convinced that, if we aren’t educated as people that belong to a country, we will never be able to achieve a better Rineu, because we are Rineu. So we will strive to create educational policies for the region of Rineu
- The RLTP will protect each family, so they may have their own structure, and their own ideas, also recognizing that each family is the base of society, and if we have pluricultural and tolerant families, we will have a pluricultural society and a pluricultural government.
- The RLTP recognizes that economy helps the people, not the people help the economy. So we will install economic bills that will work to stabilize the nations of Rineu.

Candidate: Allied States of SA2
SA2, as candidate for the RLTP for the office of the Prime Minister, Present the manifesto of the RLTP for my campaign.
I believe that balance is needed in all cases, and now, it is time for Rineu to establish them and define them, ensuring the progress of Rineu.
Cabinet Ministers may sometimes be inactive, so, it is their duty to present a list of possible topics to discuss in the assembly to me in the cabinet meetings, which may lead into a Bill, so we can progress while they are away.
The Interior should be the department that leads an investigation when charges are brought up, either against the region, or against an individual nation, and it will be the duty of the Interior to ensure justice and internal regional security of Rineu is upheld, this department will defend the government of Rineu in court, and, most importantly, they will be the one that will draft the constitution.
The Exterior has to be the department that coordinates the Regional Updates; they will have, in my administration, the establishment of an international organization lead by Rineu, for a stronger, brighter tomorrow not only for Rineu but for all of the regions in NationStates.
In the area of Counter Defense I will work to create a large and sprawled network of spies that will be able to give Rineu information on any threats that may come her way. I believe that this is will be an important branch in the Exterior, and I will work hard to see it implemented
Matters of Defense shall be voted by all members of the Assembly. I believe that this can be the strongest organization, but it has to obey the real needs.
Education is the department that has to coordinate activities that will promote regional cohesion, and the spreading of all the different cultures of Rineu, as, no matter how we are, how we think, we believe that all cultures have to be integrated as a new one, different, and unique. This will make us as a region more tolerant of others.
The Rineu Regional News Service is the department that can provide an opinion by the government about it's work, and there, I will make known all projects that cabinet ministers and I have, and attempt to gather the opinions of everybody.
The Academy of Rineu will be the department that writes the history of Rineu, this will help the international image of the Region, as we will have a solid history to look to, and a unshaped future, to be shaped, by us.
Finance is a department that has a very rich territory in where we can work, making the forum more appealing to join, as a Banking policy will surely pop up during my term. Taxing will also be important, as it will serve to give rewards for everyone. I believe that taxes, by now, shall be low, and the government will have ilimited funds for the first budget.
I will strengthen the activity of the assembly, and will attempt to pass new and exciting legislation for the region as a whole.
Committees are very important, as they are groups of assembly members, and it is their duty to participate as leaders, and the committee will help shape them as leaders. I will make decisions that will help the region, and will lead it to a new age.
I will work for getting more nations to join the forum, leading them to an active assembly. Recruitment is wasted if we can't get new nations involved in the forum. We need the stabilization of the population. New jobs and an interesting RPs and Games will attract more nations to the forum and the assembly on a whole.

The Assembly
The assembly is the most important funtion in the Region of Rineu, it's decision must be democratic, working for the sole purpose of the advancement of Rineu.
The Constitutional Convention
We should concentrate on finishing the constitucional convention as fast as we can. The constitution should be tolerant and lets every nation to be free, it also should recieve the imput of as much nations as possible. The GHoS has the primary duty to protect the individual nation’s rights.
The Department of the Interior
The Department of the Interior should have a Chief of Justice that will resolve all controversys and legal issues. The first duty of the Department is to call all nations to participate in the forum.
The Department of Education
The Department of Education should be in charge of cultural issues, because education is unuseful if you don’t know who you are. Educational and Technology should stand side by side.
Exterior:
Look for more alliances and Signatures of Treaties. The management of peaceful relationship and banning of all military movements that attempt with each nations’ sovereignity.
Finance:
The Establishment of a Free Comerse Treaty with all nations in the region, also the activation of the Bank of Rineu as the studying organisation of national economy.
Recruitment:
More than recruiting, the integration to the forum of all nations, not forgetting to recruit more countries to the region following the Top 20 Mission for Rineu.
Information: The continual update of the NSWIKI. Also the development of a new map.
Science:
Developing of new clean and powerful technology. The creation of a new organisation that studies each nations culture and languages.
Political Parties:
The unificated work, under the signature of a compromise for a better Rineu, working together more than battling for power.
