The organization is the true military power of Tiberian Destiny and recruits itself from terror organisation – preferably muslim organisations, but others are incorporated as well. SCORPION's predecessor was a an israeli energy company called Zion Corp., a sub-contractor of The Shin Ra Corp. The corporation was originally engaged in the exploitation of oil fields in [[Arabia]].
