Safalra's parents were [[Krantir|Krants]] who moved from the Krant city of [[Drak]] to the outskirts of the [[Shinaslea|Leaian]] city of [[Otterton]] to raise a family. Safalra was born in Otterton on 6th June 1983. After studying in the large [[Solenscree]] settlement of [[Earnest]], he established the philosophical retreat of [[All Honesty]] in the woodland of [[Bandrabell]]. Safalra is the young key diplomat of The Fleeting Daydream Of Safalra, and is also known as a philosopher and computer scientist. As one of the few people repected by the majority of the nation's peoples, his humourous name for the nation, taken from his treatise Life Is But A Dream, has gained popular support and it recognised by the United Nations.

Background

Safalra's parents were Krants who moved from the Krant city of Drak to the outskirts of the Leaian city of Otterton to raise a family. Safalra was born in Otterton on 6th June 1983. After studying in the large Solenscree settlement of Earnest, he established the philosophical retreat of All Honesty in the woodland of Bandrabell.
