Safalra is a diplomat, philosopher and programmer living in The Fleeting Daydream Of Safalra. As one of the few people respected by the majority of the factions, his humourous name for the nation (taken from his treatise Life Is Just A Dream) has gained popular support and is recognised by the United Nations.
