Sheynat is a large landmass in the 10000 Islands chain, and a TITO member nation. Sheynat as it is today was founded in the 1990s. It was originally a colony of a Muslim fundamenalist nation which no longer exists. (The Sheynati breakaway was the beginning of a series of breakaways which ultimately destroyed that nation.) The breakaway was seen as being inevitable; while the majority of Sheynat is Muslim Arab, there has been a growing Caucasian Protestant minority, mostly of American expatriates and their descendants, and descendants of a British prison colony that existed before Sheynat was claimed by their former masters. This Anglo-American influence was instilling a desire for religious and civil freedom in the population; and ultimately, the Caucasian minority rose up in revolution. Led by current president James Riggs and by a Sheynati national legend named Andrew Stander, the revolution struggled until General Ali Mohammed defected to the revolution with the full support of his troops.

National Heroes Andrew Stander: Andrew "Drew" Stander is a legend to the people of Sheynat. Very little is known about him; what is known is that he is an American and had a gift for armed robbery. After doing a brief stint in an American prison, he came to Sheynat to study at the University of Kahsa. He was sickened by the oppression he saw, and after graduation, he began lashing out at an unfair system by returning to armed robbery; this time sticking to government. Drew Stander was briefly captured in a daring raid on a government facility to release political prisoners; however, Jim Riggs, who had been leading a rebellion, raided the prison the next day, releasing Stander and the other prisoners. Stander went on to play the Che Guevera to Riggs' Fidel. After the revolution, he disappeared. He is believed to be living in New Orleans, Louisiana, United States.
