Overseas workers and agents have stated that the Shinobi Union has a population between 900,000 to 5 billion people, but this are only exaggerated numbers or even bluffs. Shinobi Union's largest city is Sparrrow City, which is also it's political capital. It has a population of 1.3 million . It's industial capital is kota-Ryŏngryang where barter trade stations, banks, and farmlands are a common sight. There have been rumors of a "military capital city" to be put up. | ||
