Simtropolis

The Region

The Simtropolis Region is a collection of nations whose founders also belong to Simtropolis. All Simtropolis member's nations are welcome.

Geographically, the region is located on a continent in the Atlantinc Ocean. Most of the continent is in the Norhern Hemisphere.

Time Zone

Talks are currently underway in the forum about the possiblity of a standard time zone for the region. The current problem is the variation in users' RL locations.

Daylight Savings Time

Some nations in Simtropolis participate in Daylight savings time, where an hour is added to the time in the summer. This is a list of the nations participating in Daylight Savings Time, and the dates between which they do so:

• Kedalfax: 2nd Sunday in March to 1st Sunday in November
• Northern Delon: 2nd Sunday in March to 1st Sunday in November
• Brings: 2nd Sunday in March to 1st Sunday in November
• The Digital Network: 2nd Sunday in March to 1st Sunday in November

International Extradition Treaty

Providing the power to extradite criminals to their country of origin. Criminals that will face the death penality in their own country can not be extradited. Any country inside and outside the Simtropolis Region can sign this treaty.
