The Honourable Sir Barrington Womble was born in Port Sir Richard in 1950 to prestigious parents, and in 1964 he started at Cobdenia's premier prep school, The Sir Richard Cobden school for Boys, where he achieved the highest marks possible. He then went onto the University of Keynestown, where he got a first in Commonwealth and International Law in 1972. He became a well known Barrister and by 1989 he had become a Judge, and an adviser to the Prime Minister in international law. In 1997, he was elected to the High Chamber of Justice. In 2004 he retired, and returned to being a appeal court Judge. He accepted the Prime Minister and Governors nomination to become the delegate to the Pretenama Panel in early 2005.
