The Social Liberal Party (SLP) is a major political party in Knootoss. As the name implies it is a centrist liberal party with a strong social libertarian tradition. It has been in government in almost all coalitions, and is usually free to pick the leftist greens or the conservatives to govern with. he party has 63 seats in a parliament with 200 seats. It is currently in government with the conservative RCPK, and has governed with conservative coalitions on several occasions. It has, however, also headed coalitions with the greens under Lousewies van der Laan
