The Social Health Research Bureau was formed in the late 1960's to help develop so-called super-medicines meant to cure and prevent common illnesses. Its first few developments were utter failers until the creation of Dystorium. Upon the creation of Dystorium, the SHRB moved on to other pharmaceutical investments and research into other, stronger versions of Dystorium.
