Government
The current Delegate is Trexia! Some of these nations are part of the UE!
Constitution of the South Confederacy
We the nations of the South Confederacy, form to make a more perfect union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the South Confederacy.
Article 1:
====Section 1:==== Gives all UN voting power to the elected official, named as Delegate. ====Section 2:==== Each member's leaders, elects a leader, which then represents there country's beliefs and actions. ====Section 3:==== That representitive votes for the other representitive, who then becomes the Delegate of the South Confederacy. ====Section 4:==== That is all that a representitive does.
Acticle 2:
====Section 1:==== There are 3 surpreme rulers which are elected by the former Delegate. ====Section 2:==== Those 3 rulers make surpreme descions on issues that come up on the South Confederacy such as, but not limited to, ejecting a nation, and voting on an UN issue. |
Article 3:
====Section 1:==== A Delgate of the South Confederacy shall only be in office for 1 term of 35 days. ====Section 2:==== The Delegate has the power to eject other nations, but only if 2 of the 3 of the rulers agree. ====Section 3:==== The Delegate has imediate power on who to attack, but only if 2 of the 3 has to agree. ====Section 4:==== The Delegate has the must endorse proposals made by members of the South Confederacy. ====Section 5:==== The Delegate has the power to endorse any other proposals that he/she want to.
Acticle 4:
====Section 1:==== All members of the South Confederacy cannot attack anyone else who is a part of this region.
