Stars was once a region for puppets of nations in Atlantian Oceania, way up above the main region. At one stage it was much more widely used, but it became that only one nation, Diamindokere, came to reside in the region.
At some stage the region must have ceased to exist only to be recreated by Stars of Sky.
Stars currently has a well knit community With a constitution and elected officials. UN delegacy is held by Snotknocker and Economic power by Blogh with Byard as president.
