Stars

Stars was once a region for puppets of nations in Atlantian Oceania, way up above the main region. At one stage it was much more widely used, but it became that only one nation, Diamindokere, came to reside in the region.
At some stage the region must have ceased to exist only to be recreated by Stars of Sky.
Stars currently has a small, but close community with a constitution and elected officials. UN delegacy is held by Snotknocker, while the regional rankings are dominated by the merciless hand of Blogh. Byardkuria serves as President, with the Cabinet rounded out by Freaks (Secretary of Defense), Sincroferbistan (Secretary of State), and West Kitabo (Attorney General).
