Stefan Pinos

Stefan Pinos is the current Defense Minister of the Confederacy of Latao.

The right-wing nationalist and catholic believer is a long year member of the National Executive Committee and joined the NEC together with the current Federal President, Roger Omsec sharing many ideological thoughts with, while being called the more extremist of them.

Pinos is well-known to military strategies and closely works together with numerous Latin war manufacturing countries. He follows the basic ideas of the Federal President, who wants to make Latao finally a nuclear power. For this and other reasons, Pinos is direct negotiation partner for domestic and international authorities and vendors. He drives co-operation and development and is active as interface-officer to the FLMS-alliance.

As mentioned above, Pinos stands for strict nationalist right policies. He’s a clear protector of Latin culture and values and a loyal follower of the more moderate but not less right-populist Federal President, Omsec.

Since the Ministry of Military and Police not only includes the Latin Military, but also the Police, Pinos also control Latao’s law enforcements, which makes him to a powerful man in Omsec’s government. Although Pinos frequently points out his denial stands on drugs, it’s known that he used to smoke weed and maybe still does, but he quit smoking “normal” cigarettes.

Following the guidelines of the Federal President, Latao’s military and law enforcement operates domestic and external. The personal love of Pinos to fire arms led to the fact, that not only Latao’s military but also the police forces are heavily armed, critiques say it’s too much. The Federal President defenses this fact, by pointing out the cost effects if military and law enforcements use the same rifles and guns. That’s why especially border controls are often performed using automatic UZI rifles.

There is not much known about his private life. He is sometimes described as violent and it’s known that he is a strong consumer of alcoholic drinks and he even was a short time in prison for street battle and hooligan incidents. Age: 24 years.
