Biography
Subaru Mikaux Akoowa was born to Queen Mikaux and Sir Yuki Sadamoto on Agust 6, 1991. Mikaux Akoowa recalls it was a rainy night, and when the storm cleard the first constalation to appear in the sky was the Subaru Constalation. That is where she got her name.
Shortly after Subaru turned one, her parents split up, leaving her with her mother, and the only Princess. Her mother since taught her poltical policey and national pride of the nation. Subaru having a deep bond with her mother still rembers all. However she also grew to be largely pacifistic, as opposed to her mother.
When Subaru was nine year old, she met Father Ewan Remmington, a Catholic Priest. He turned her on to relgion, and since then she's been a devout Catholic. This proved to create a bit of culture clash with her mother who is agonistic. However her mother decided instead of fighting, to love and appreciate her daughter the same.
After that Subaru began to take apart in poltical matters. Every so often her mother would ask her what she thought about this subject, or that subject. This gave Subaru powerful influence in the domestic community and soon in the international community.
Because of her young age, she is sometimes shunned by higher up officals. But Mikaux, aggresivley gets people to pay attention to Subaru. But it would change when Subaru won the World Youth Council Award, for excllence in youthful dispaly of knowledge. And was a first time recipeant of the WYC Youth Leader Award. The WYC gave Subaru's poltical career a boost. It also got her recognize by other committes. The International Point of light Award from the Points of Light Foundation
Now Subaru had tremendous influence. When Kanami Prime Minister Steven Koolridge first met Subaru he was verry impressed by her. This now made relations between Kanami and Aqua Anu more solid.
Controll over the Royal Parliment
Subaru has tremendous influence in the Royal Parliment. She is 1st Chair Councilwoman and dictates a lot of domestic law. She's put both controversial and popular legislation into effect. The ban on drugs and alchol was from her. Breast Feeding policey came from her mother. This has led to some criticism about her, because of her absolute power. However most admire or respect Subaru.
Domestic Policey
Because she is 1st Chair in the Royal Parliment, she has a lot of say about Domestic Policey. When legislation reagarding a social class system was put into effect, it caused a bit of havic. Subaru repealed it quickly.
Controlled Substances
Subaru maitains the tight stance on Drugs and Alchol. With the recent U.N. Resolution she feels a need to eradicate the potental for all substances into borders. She enacted Bill Royal Bill #: 3267 which gave the Royal Navy full authorization to destroy any boat within a 100 mile radius of Aqua Anu that is carrying any drugs and alchol. No arrests or detention or even siezure of property simple force. This has been especially evident with the passing of United Nations Resolution #191. Subaru feels the war on drugs is one they can not lose.
Education
Her Education reforms included the abolishment of High School Exit Exams, and College Entrance Exams. Although if you plan on public service works such as medicne, you will have to pass an exit exam, and prove that you are a competent doctor. Now Doctors are routinley shadowed by the Health And Services Department.
Transportation
Ships and boats went under major matinence, and cannals we're widdened by 3 in. She did propose to put dock lanes between the islands, but it was turned down becuase it would be expensive and difficult.
Island Cities
Subaru worked to Unite the Island more centrally, and it's proven to work. Crime and Poverty have sharply reduced
Defense
Subaru recently introduced a Ground Assault Army, for Defense. Aqua Anu has only had a navy for ages. Apart of this she struck down a resolution to bring WMDs into Aqua Anu.
Foreign Policey
Subaru tends to keep Aqua Anu out of major conflict. She's not affraid to speak her mind, but she doesn't want to be dragged into war. However she does feel an obligation to serve her allies and freinds when they so request. So far Aqua Anu has been in all major conflict of which their closest ally.
She maintaines relationships with Kanami and Kurona stating: "Aqua Anu has two best freinds."
She whole heartedly condems the selling of WMDs including Chemical/Bio weapons. When she participated in the LifeWyze Investigation she tried to give ethical guilt to the people of it.
Subaru belives Aqua Anu should be a humanity nation, one that is willing to aid in humanitarian missions.
Personal Life
When Subaru isn't doing plotics, she's enjoying her free time. Her mother insist she has at least 5 months off from the Royal Parliment. In her spare time Subaru enjoys sailing and attending religious services. She's a devout Catholic and regularly prays.
She also learns about other countries and cultures, and occasionally tires them out. She tends to be spontanious, and goes where she pleases. When it rains she's known to instantly grab her umbrella and go for a walk.
One thing her mother admires about Subaru is her strong work ethic. Subaru has once or twice gone and stayed on a farm somewhere. Usually in Kurona because of everything is done the old fassiond way. Otherwise she'll take long sailing trips, around the oceans. This tends to make Mikaux nervous, fearing she'll be washed away in horrific storm. Much like the fate that befell Dutch M. Churchill II
Criticsim
Because Subaru condems WMDs as well as any hazmat weapons, she's very angry that LifeWyze Gets Away with Murder. This has led her to say many things that loyal LifeWyze customers would find offensive.
In her Evening adress to the nation shortly following the prob, she gave this comment:
The world must defend from this evil company that sells weapons of mass destruction.
This would only esclate when a former Aqua Anu resident that was half animal alleged LifeWyze ran experminets on her, putting her in the state she was. Although many would argue that it's fine in these dangerous times to purchas chemical and bio weapons, Subaru tells otherwise.
There is no justification to these weapons. Just as there is no justification to blowing up a building full of woman and children. That is what these weapons do, and that is how LifeWyze makes it's money doing that. They care nothing of the people they hurt. They are a organized global terrorist network.
Many would argue Subaru's claims are unfounded, and that would bran to any nation that purchase it. Subaru did in fact say something to that extent. On Aqua Tonight
She gave this statment: Any nation that buys these weapons should be considered terrorists. It's not like a normal bomb which can be contained, these have spread effects, people thousands of miles away can become sick, and they aren't apart of any war.
This has likely lead to a lot of Anger towards her. Since then she's been put on double security.
