National Government
The National Government is made up of two organizations: the Council of Nevesá and, below it, the National Annex.
The Council of Nevesá
The Council of Nevesá is named after the Russian word for "Heaven". It has served as Subistratica's main governing body ever since the country was founded. There are 5 members on the Council at any given time: the Sefer, who holds the highest political office in the nation and is responsible for ensuring that both the Council and the National Annex are operating smoothly; and the 4 Patents, who are assigned various duties.
The current members of the Council are Sefer Kael Entragon, Patent Lydia Symmerck, Patent Eros Tatriel, Patent Felicity Morrowsithe, and Patent Lendeniel Siles-Vadice (who replaced the recently deceased Patent Markus Coll).
