Female newsreaders distract the nation by breastfeeding during broadcast, the tenet of free speech is held dear, the government seizes all major gold finds, and graffiti artists spend lengthy periods of time in jail. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force. Vile Villans's national animal is the Kodiak, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the Pound.
