  • Actually a reference should be made in either case. But if it fails it should be mentioned twice: once in the UN Debate section and a second time in the overview as a one sentence statement like "this resolution was initially winning until a last minute campaign by opponents managed to sway the vote of the /region/". Putting in a NSWiki link to the swing region makes the entry more interesting. BTW great job on getting this started, I've already got the UN Timeline just about ready to go! UN Debate points: 1) Starcra II declaring support for repeal attempts, indicating intention to replace. Contributing to both causes. 2) Items discussed: practicality (lot of voices), safety of nuclear power (LV vs S2), scientific debate (repeat of proposal discussion, PC vs S2), morality of counter campaigns (PC, BB, LAE, others vs S2), others 3) S2 kept pushing one stat (24 hrs = 365 days, don't remember if I mentioned it in proposal campaign), Fris came down on S2, telling S2 to back off since no source had been found

I don't know if you want to make mention of this, but S2 gets really good marks for response time, very poor marks for quality of arguments. I mentioned them elsewhere (can't remember)
