When our Parliament tried to establish a minimum age for our President and other elected officials, no agreement could be reached. A group on jokers started a campaign to have the President's great-niece, then two years old, elected to replace him. To their surprise, and due to exceptionally low voter turnout, they succeeded. President Chaudhry's decision to give everyone in the nation a biscuit has at last been implemented.
