Well-regarded or not, Panto, we do not count any votes from unregistered or IP-only voters. However, as soon as Valinon registers an account, his/her vote will definitely count towards the tally. For now, however, we must continue to do what we have done in the past for all FAC article polls, and that is to discount any and all votes that cannot be attributed to an existing NSwiki user.
