The Triune Systems of the Sucellan Governance of Tannenmille

Geography

Tannenmille's sphere of influence encompasses three diverse worlds in the Sucello system: Sucello, a reddish-brown world that is the planet furthest from the sun, Belenos, that is inhabited; Borvo, a large green farming planet that grows the massive amounts of food needed for the glorious Bundesreich; and Coventine, a small, grey world close to the sun. Coventine is the centre of industry and economics, Borvo the centre of agriculture and growth, and Sucello is the Belenar System seat of Politics.

Politics

The political system of Tannenmille is modeled closely after the Second Reich of Germany as well as the modern Bundesrepublik Deutschland.

The most powerful figure in the entirety of the Bundesreich is the Reichsführer, followed closely by the Reichstag. The other political sections of the Bundesreich are the Reichsrat, the Chancellery, and then the more local governments such as the Provinzrat and Stadtrat. There is a final facet of the Tannenian government, and that is the Kolonieprovinzrat, the Colony Provincial Council.

Reichsführer

Currently Aven Tannen, the third heir to the Tannenian throne. The position of Reichsführer is a monarchal one, held by the male heir in the Tannen family. If there is no male heir to take the throne, the Großkanzler appointed by the last Reichsführer adopts the name of Tannen and takes control of the government. The Reichsführer has final say in all political matter, although the Reichstag can impeach a Reichsführer in a 75% vote.

Chancellory

The Chancellory is made up of five members chosen by the Reichsführer. The Chancellory advises the Reichsführer in any matter he questions, and the Großkanzler takes control of the government if there is no male heir to do so. Finally, the Chancellory drafts laws that are passed to the Reichsrat to vote on.

Reichsrat

The Reichsrat is made up of 15 representatives from the five Provinzen of Tannenmille. The purpose of the Reichsrat is to display regional affiliation with the federal government. All laws drafted by the Chancellory must pass an 8 to 7 vote in the Reichsrat if they are to move onto the Reichstag.

Reichstag

The Reichstag is the final landing spot for law in the Bundesreich. Six hundred officials are elected democratically and may serve unlimited terms. Elections cycle over six years, with 100 nominees per year. Each term lasts six years. As there are six hundred members in the Reichstag, they will not be listed individually.

Provinzrat

The Provinzrat is the provincial government. A Provinzführer is named by the Reichsführer, and then the Provinzführer chooses three people to be his or her cabinet. Then a council of seven is elected democratically beneath them.

Economy

Tannenmille has a booming economy, led primarily by the Arms and Weaponry industry and uranium mining. Tannenmille sports a flat tax rate of 35%, and the taxpayer's money goes to important things such as military and Polizei.

Military

The Tannenians are not warmongering, but are a zealous and very nationalistic people. Two years of military service is compulsory, and there is no ill word of the Tannenian military program from the public as it is so well run and managed. Currently, nearly five percent of the populace is enrolled in the military. The Tannenian Navy is the strongest point of Tannenmille's armed forces, and boasts the following:

To become a TannenIntel member, a person must be from a family living on Sucello and in the Provinz of Tannen for two generations before the person applies. This is done to prevent moles from any other nation from making it into Tannenmillian Intelligence. All other information about the TannenIntel program is strictly confidential.

Foreign Policy

Tannenmille made no formal announcement to the universe when they sucessfully folded back to Sol, but since their foray back to Sol, they have established a number of alliances. Tannenmille is a member of the following alliances:
