Aim: To overthrow the Nurdbotian Communist Government and rule Nurdbotia with an iron robotic fist.

Chrome Hand and the Nurdbotian Union

The Beginnings

The Order of the Chrome Hand was a gentlemans robot club formed by Baron Zyzstav-45 Oski, a major General of the Nurdbotian Imperial Army and sponsered by the Tzar himself. Many Robotic Nurdbotian Officers of the Imperial Army were all members of this little club, all of whicu had the same common belief that the PEEL Robot was destined to rule Nurdbotia and it's inferior Organics forever.

The Chrome Hand it self profited from the Corruption and Anarchy of the late Nurdbotian Imperial Age, from running drugs to the small Island Kingdoms to even Organic Slavery with Pirates using the Imperial Navies own ships for such evil tasks.

The Chrome Hand even controlled the fragile Nurdbotian Imperial Senate by making sure that 90% of the Ministers there were pure Robot. However, they did not forsee the popularity of PEEL Communism and the growth of the Bolshevek Party that was gaining Influence throughout the Nurdbotian Region, and found themselves soon among the deported and desposed.

After the Rise of the Peoples Republic

After Tzar Abdicated, the Chrome Hand turned from it's gentlemans club roots to the Paramilitary Orginisation it was today. The heads of the Organisation sponsered the Neo-Urallian terrorists with their own money while keeping tabs on many spies in the Nurdbotian Union.

Chairman Nurdbot knew of the Chrome Hand from his days in the Imperial Court while part of the Royal Tzar Ghetti Unit Elite Guard and ordered the KGB to keep tabs on them whenever possible. However, aside from the odd mad rantings of sole robots in the Public Markets, the Chrome Hand quietly faded away and bided it's time.

The Modern Chome Hand

It's time came once more when the Member, Unit #45321 also known as Zion Linats Movokorov was accepted into the Robot Soviet for his part keeping the Chairmans Harddrive from packing out. Movokorov slowly gained power over the years while improving the Nurdograd Militia and personally making sure young Robots of the Nurdbotian Union were getting the right data about the world.

During the time, it is assumed he somehow gained sole leadership of the Chrome Hand through cunning and assassination.

An Assassination attempt was made on Chairman Ivanovich was survived, but temporarly resigned to recover. The new Chairman, Chairman Uchinov was very inexperinced despite his good pros. It turned out that the Robot that did the bombing and his partner, a former Nurdbotian Spetznatz Kommando that was a veteran of The Dominion Wars. Both of which were connected with the Chrome Hand.

As years past, and Movokorov rose to power, he and his team of agents began to secretly spread discontent, slowly into the ranks of the Nurdbotian Red Army and the Robot Soviet's very own Ministers. After the Dominion Wars and the Tritanium Shortage, Movokorov was confident that his Chrome Hand Propaganda was slowly getting to the Robots of the Nurdbotian Union and became more open about his anti-organic feelings.

Then, on the 14th March 2056 he ordered that his peons ready Operation White which began the massive riots around Nurdograd and seizure of the Nurdograd Docks. These actions made the current Chairman, Chairman Uchinov call for an emergency session of the Poltiburo in the Kremlin Building. During this meeting, It was revealed that Uchinov was stripping major power from a Field Commander who was a Robot in charge of investigating the Chrome Hand and giving it, as well as a major rise of status to the Field Commander Uslav a aged but well respected former Plutonion Chairman of the nation.

During the meeting, when Movokotov was somehow connected with the Hand, the signal was given by a Nurdbotian Robot Party Minister who stood up and ordered Traitor Robot Kremlin Guard to burst through the doors, execute all Organic Sympaphetic Robot Soviet Ministers and secure the area.

All of this was on live Nurdbotian Newz Netvork IMR feed, which was quickly taken off air. The feed was briefly Restored and an announcement by Movokorov was made that informed the People of Nurdbotia about the Chrome Hand once more and it's true aims. He also urged Chrome Hand Agents out of hiding and into combat to secure the capital.

Chrome Hand Forces in The Nurdbotian Civil War

After the declaration of war, it seemed the Chrome Hand had a varied amount of soldiers, most of them PEEL Robots from the Nurdbotian Union along with quite a few Mercenaries which ironically were mostly Organic. However, Chrome Hand Influence in the Navy and Airforce was limited and most of the agents were captured by The Commissar Orginisation to stop the seed of dissent.

Chrome Hand Forces used mostly Nurdbotian weaponry, only the Elite Chrome Hand Guards or the Mercenaries used different arms and tactics. Chrome Hand units were identified by the Nurdbotian Red Army by Armbands with the Chrome Hand Insignia on them. Chrome Hand Units also operated in groups strictly of Robots, an practice that was stopped in 1993 AR in the Nurdbotian Red Army to improve species relations.

During the first couple of weeks, known as Skitzikov Offensive the Chrome Hand only skirmished while setting up defences in Nurdograd digging deep inside the Nurdograd Underground Railway and old parts of the city. Chrome Hand Tanks during this peroid were used to disupt Red Army Communications and supply trains.

When they were settled in by April the 27th, 2056 the Nurdbotian Red Army and Nurdograd Militia had finally reformed and were on the offensive, grappling with the Chrome Hand forces in the Inner City Areas and taking or destroying the Arms Factories of Nurdograd from Chrome Hand clutches.

During the Summer, known as The Summer Deadlock the Mercenaries of the Chrome Hand attacked many Nurdbotian Positions and almost seized control of a major Control Bunker Chairman Uslav himself had occupied but were foiled by the Spetznatz Kommandos at the last minute.

The Red Army replied to this by striking at heavily fortified Chrome Hand Positions of the city using the Attack Choppers and MiG Jet Fighters of the Nurdbotian Soviet Airforce, which owned 100% of the skies over the city and nation.

Attacks between tanks and infantry of both sides in this peroid reached intense heights and much urban destruction of Nurdograd was credited towards this period of the war.

Then in the cold Nurdbotian Union winter, the ''Winter of Attrition'' as it was known to the soldiers on both sides, the deadliest fighting began as the Nurdbotian Red Army slowly began to launch massive offences to clear out the Chrome Hand Entrenched Positions of the inner city and factories. Chrome Hand command Bunkers were bitterly fought over, and many Chrome Hand Officers were taken out on sight by orders of both the KGB and Commissars.

By now, Chairman Morokorov was in a bunker in a secure location when he was informed that during the fighting, Tanks had raided his heavily guarded compound and rescued his most valueble hostage, Chairman Uchinov. Due to such a loss, he ordered that every Chrome Hand Soldiers to kill as much as the Organic enemy as possible, and began promoting less experinced Officers to command to replace the men lost during the winter.

Due to this, as well as cowardice and low morale, Chrome Hand loses began to heavily increase. To counter this,Movokorov ordered his men to execute all captured POWS, even the Robots that could have been turned to his side. This act alone caused his surviving senoir Officers in the Chromes Hand to start thinking of betrayl or desertion.

By the 8th of March, The Spring of Hope only small amounts of Nurdograd remained in Chrome Hand clutches. Huge amounts of men and supplies were lost in the cruel cold winter and the Chrome Hand cause was getting more and more hopeless by the day. Field Commander Narimotiv Automatiki decided to attemp betrayl on Movokorov along with several major Chrome Hand Commanders and Ministers, but Movokorov had already foreseen this and had them all executed after their bomb plot was foiled.

However, the Chrome Hand forces which started as a organised efficiet armed forces was now a demoralised group of robots with barely any supplies, good leaders and any chance of breaking out of the locked down city. Some Chrome Hand Robot Soldiers surrendered quickly in combat hoping for minor imprisonmeant while others fought to their ultimate destruction.

Eventually, by the Autumn of Victory in the Civil War, the Chrome Hand war effort was in ruins. The KGB had finally gotten the location of the Movokorov's command bunker and during Operation Zeitergeist which pushed the last Organised Chrome Hand Armour and Infantry into the open for deaft, Spetznatz Kommando's with Militia surrounded the bunker and pumped several hundred gallons of a chemical weapon into it, killing all the occupants.

A few hours later, the Nurdbotian Communist Party declared that the Chrome Hand command had been completely eliminated, offered an Ultimatium of surrender to the surviving Chrome Hand forces with prison time instead of execution or possible deportation from the Union.

After the Civil War

The Organisation was in ruins, during and after the civil war, Constant Commissar raids prevented recruitment to the anti-organic crusade outside the city of Nurdograd or in the Nurdbotian Armed forces. The Nurdbotian People, especially the Robots despite the lugnut shortage were stronger and more united than ever.

Shorty afterwards, Pastocia managed to deliver the emergancy Tritanium mined from outer spaced and new lugnuts were produced and used in repairing the victims of the war.

The surviving Chrome Hand leaders and Officers were put on trial, which lasted several years. Most of the leaders were sentenced to execution, while the Officers were to be imprisioned for life in the Zerksy Nurdograd Prison.

It was also confired that Movokorov survived the attack on the bunker and is still lurking somewhere in Nurdbotia today, he is the most wanted man in the Nurdbotian Union with orders to be killed if he cannot be captured issued even to the citizens of the nation.

For now, the Chrome Hand remains silent as it seems, At least in the Nurdbotian Union.
