The Empire is a large invader organization. The goal of the Empire is to promote invader unity through the Imperial Treaty, which permits and encourages members to request from other members the forces needed to maintain an invader administration over a region under threat of attack by defenders. The Empire encourages members to find allies and set up alliances to plan campaigns. The Imperial Treaty is designed to be loose in its form, not putting members under obligations and respecting their sovereignty as members, as this organization is not meant to be an alliance. The Empire organization is working on transparency.
The Empire was formerly known as the CDi, which began operation on May 7th, 2004. The CDi restructured to become the Empire on Oct 4th, 2004.
