The Esteemed, Quite Impeccably Flawless (abbreviated "The Est'd. Qt. Impcb. Flwls.", or further, "The EQIF") is an honorific prefix that is granted to outstanding citizens not only of the Bureaucratic States of Oglethorpia, but to citizens from other nations as well (albeit far less frequently).

Entitlement

Requirements for the honorific used to entail that the person in question recieve the title posthumously, as well as only government officials (and later, only Oglethorpians). This has most recently been relaxed to anyone deemed worthy by contributions to the nation (or the advance of its society). See the section following the next for a short list of some of the people to have recieved the honorific.

The honorific in use

Typically the title only appears in written documents and upon envelopes. For example, letters and government documents to Premier Hughgo Gurkemann are addressed to (or refer to) The Esteemed, Quite Impeccably Flawless Premier Hughgo I. Gurkemann, but for everday purposes (even within government) he is simply known as Premier Gurkemann, or simpler yet, Mr. Gurkemann.

In both the House of Human Beings and the House of Homosapiens, representatives will hint at the title held by all members of the upper and lower houses, often saying "my esteemed colleague" (and other permutations) but almost never in full, and never outside the upper and lower house chambers.

In recent years, however, the honorific is showing increasing frequency in conversation, especially in history circles. For example, in reverence of the long deceased Henry Hughes-Schnell Whatson, professors and history afficionatos have begun to refer to him with his honorific fully intact.
