Affectionally know as Lords, The Constitutional Monarchy of The Horse Lords is a Parliamentary Republic/Monarchy in the exotic land of Hyrule. It is very strange in its hereditary rule because although the monarch must be in the Royal Family of the Rohir, the decision of which family member becomes the monarch is left to the people.
