Affectionally know as Lords, The Constitutional Monarchy of The Horse Lords is a Parliamentary Republic/Monarchy in the exotic land of Hyrule. It is very strange in its hereditary rule because although the monarch must be in the Royal Family of the Rohir, the decision of which family member becomes the monarch is left to the people. The Library of the Rohir
The library of the Rohir was in an deep cavern within the White Mountain to the south of Lords, accidentally found by a group of hikers on November 12, 1893. In its many halls, the Library is full of ancient texts from a long ago time where the land around Lords was a magical place called Middle-Earth, in the early days of the Kingdom. The texts told a very long history of Middle-Earth and its people, including the rise of the Horse Lords, called the Rohir in the ancient language of Middle-Earth.
