History

Fifty-seven years after the Galactic Civil War between the Rebel Alliance and the Galactic Empire, a group of former officers of the New Republic formerly residents of Hoth, the sixth planet of a system with the same name and the site of the famous Battle of Hoth, left aboard a colony ship, bound for the undiscovered depths of the Unknown Regions.

They happened upon a remote sector of space called Zeta Eridani. Controlled by a number of large conglomerates including Xenasia, Reploid Rebelion, and Jellyantica, it was a thriving hub of commerce and energy production filled mostly with gas giants. The Hothian refugees contacted the regional leaders and attempted to negotiate a permanent ground-based residence. The negotiations took a number of weeks, during which the Hothians learned much about other regions of space, galactic superpowers, and the history that preceded them from citizens aboard Starbase Zeta, the central space station for the entire region. The negotiations between the leaders fell through, however, and the colonists left Zeta Eridani and moved on, along with two the nation Certifiable Psychos and its offshoot entity, Idiot Worshipers. Shortly after, a fuel malfunction on Starbase Zeta destroyed the station, and Zeta Eridani's economy collapsed. Today, the station is no more and most of its leaders have moved on.

The wandering Hothians then happened upon a small, blue planet ripe for colonization but as of yet untouched. Together with Certifiable Psychos and Idiot Worshipers, they colonized it, and for a number of years thrived on its surface. During this time, there were some negotiations regarding the young nation The Flaccid Phallus claiming an area of the planet, but disinterest broke the deals and the Flaccid Phallus disbanded. Meanwhile, the Hothians began building military and attempted to created a hireable mercenary army, but, due to internal conflicts, the project was scrapped. The three colonist nations decided it was time to go their seperate ways and abandoned the planet to some other master. Certifiable Psychos and Idiot Worshipers migrated to the Rejected Realms, an extremely populous space sector, and it is believed they remain there to this day.

Today, the Hothian emigrants still wander the reaches of space, hoping one day to settle down on solid land again. Their scientists are actively creating new weaponry and technology and they hope that once they find a permanent home they can take their place among the universe's most prominent states.
