The Mediterranean was founded by Caerulia. It has had several different delegates over its existence, including Caerulia, Athamasha, and Aegonia. It is not the same as the Mediterranean and has a quite different history. Its delegate usually votes according to the votes of the other UN nations in the region. It has been invaded at least once in the past.
