If there is any forum in NS that both permits free speech and offers a wide variety of activities, it's s9. S9 is the NPG's political headquarters and community. The NPG is often called 'The Third Force'. It served briefly as the main party before Insane Power stepped down from the Delegacy.

May 11(approx): Insane Power Declares state of emergency and relieves
Stars of Sky from Ministry position
May 15: Shoeless Joe is proclaimed Director of External Affairs
May 17(approx): AlHoma is Proclaimed Director of The Community
June 6(?): Lungwallabad becomes delegate
Lately, s9 has moderated no posts that do not breach Invision Free's ToS. S9 remains a happy corner of the super region.
