The North Pacific Guardians

If there is any forum in NS that both permits free speech and offers a wide variety of activities, it's s9. S9 is the NPG's political headquarters and community. The NPG is often called 'The Third Force'. It served briefly as the main party before Insane Power stepped down from the Delegacy.
