Because of very special structure of Jurai Empire, it is virtually impossible to give any generalized data about Jurai Empire as a whole. Instead, most information presented here applies only to the capital world of Jurai Empire – the Planet Jurai.
While the Jurai Emprie historyically expendaded their borders, they always maintained a strict policy of non-intervension into afferairs of plants that didn’t enter the Space Age. In result, up to this day, many plants that are technically part of Jurai Empire actually don’t even no of Empire they belong to. When a plant enters the Space Age, they are usually either approached by Juraians or encounter Juraian spaceships or space stations on their own. In either case, the planetar government is explained their position as subjects of Jurai Empire. Jurai Empire accepts on refusals at this point, and any attemps of such result in effective demonstration of the power of Jurai military (usually harmless, with use of asteroids for “traget practice”). Considering that a single average Juraian Batlteship is capable of easy defeating a full fleet belonging of many other galactic empires, very few see any point in continuing attempts of refusing. The few wars that have been fough over continuing refusals quickly ended in Juraian favour; while Juraians caused few civilian deaths, they are known for eliminating the entire fleets during the course of these wars.
Even the plants that formally join Jurai Empire maintain a great deal of independence, although they swere allegence to Supreme Emperor (or Empress) of Jurai Empire and must obey orders that come from either the Holy Council of the Planet Jurai or the Supreme Empeor (or Empress) of Jurai Empire.
