The Reunited states has been around for a while. Sometime after being founded by First united america, and being a member of the Men in Black group, it was invaded and conquered by The Holy Empire. The Holy Empire gradually declined and did little to help The Reunited States. Therefore, Empires Of Earth colonised the region and wrote up a constitution, and various other articles to help it out. They declared:

This is not a declaration of war. We merely wish to test our army, and help out this region. We will be making a forum and Constitution for this region, and possibly a few other things, and then probably leave once we have finished. We are an Imperial region, and wish to help less powerful regions out to get going. We would appreciate your cooperation, and will be probably be leaving with in the next few days if all goes according to plan.

The Imperial Delegate/Temporary Viceroy that Empires Of Earth installed was City 37. The Mission was under command of the then Minister of War, Peraguss, but switched over to Sedarva once Peraguss was ejected from the United Nations. Empires Of Earth declared the region independent, or back in control of The Holy Empire (whichever they wish) once all of the goals had been acheived. Not much is known about the early history of TRS, but perhaps more can be brought to light by some of the senior members if the region. However, it became apparent that the region had origianlly belonged to Men in Black, but after it had decayed was when The Holy Empire had taken it over. After liberating the region from The Holy Empire, Empires Of Earth decided they would give the region over to Men in Black when they were through. [[[Alaskan Northern Lights]] officially supported the actions of Empires Of Earth stating:

Thank you, if you need any help from us, just let me know. I owe you for clearing out TRS as we were all tied up in Hawaii & Alaska at the moment. We did plan on liberating TRS, but a little ways away. Thank you for doing it for us. We had a few enimies, so I wouldn't be suprised to see it happen again.

Also saying to Sedarva:

I can still send a few guys if you need. Your doing great....If we can spare a few I will send them anyway as you need more regional influence to kkep them off you.

Further, about the history of the region, he stated on the Regional Message Board:

Hello my friends. I'm Maximus,founder of this region. We formed it to oversee the regional States in the game. A few months back we were merging with another region & let the founder nation die off as we didnt need the region anymore. Well,things didnt go as planned & we needed a new home. We can't have a region without a founder nation as all our UN nations serve as MIB Agents and are always on the move. We still oversee Alaska as I rebuilt it months ago & just recently moved into Hawaii to rebuild as well. We are back on track & do wish you all here the very best. If you need some help,give me a yell.

Empires Of Earth had to defend the region from wave after wave after wave of Invaders. One group of ruffians claiming they were here to "defend" the region got this responce from Most Great Britannia We have official decree from Men In Black, the owners of this region to be here. We liberated this region and have Do YOU have official permission from MIB? Thought not. Therefore you are invaders and will be denounced as such to the NationStates community.

So far we have:

Made them a forum,

a regional flag,

a regional anthem,

a forum banner,

recruitment and welcome telegrams,

a region map,

an NSWiki entry,

recruited 4 nations,

started some games on their forums,

Written them a constitution and bill of rights,

and a few other things...

We also have the backing of the natives of this region.

Leave or be denounced as invaders, I contacting Alaskan Northern Lights this instant to tell him of the attack you made on his region. He has even thanked us for liberating it for him.

What are you defending? NOTHING. You are invading a region that was liberated from The Holy Empire before we are through.

Empires Of Earth had to go up against many alliances, most note-worthy, The Templar Order, Illuminati, and a self-proclaimed "defender group" that moves around, mainly being in liberal regions such as 000000000 A Place to Poke Smot, and origianlly from Celtic Warrior, and also Airborne Defense Empire. Most were ejected promptly once Sedarva returned. In total, the largest force to try and wrest the region from Empires of Earth was a total of 19 nations, the other major forces were 6 and 5. All the others are not worth mentioning as they were a mere 2 nations, not enough to conquer the region.

Constitution of TRS

Preamble:

We the Imperial Army of the Mighty Empires of Earth, do ordain and establish this Constitution of government, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to The Reunited States and their Posterity

Article I

EXECUTIVE POWER

1. The Executive Government and Authority of and over The Reunited States is hereby declared to be vested in an elected official, styled the Imperial Minister who shall be elected every fourth month.

2. The Provisions of this Act referring to the Lord High Chancellor (UN delegate) extend and apply to the Lord High Chancellor for the Time being of The Reunited States, carrying on the Government of The Reunited States on behalf and in the Name of the Imperial Minister, when He is not here.

3. There shall be a Council to aid and advise in the Government of The Reunited States (henceforth refered to as "TRS"), to be styled the "Imperial Privy Council of The Reuinted States"; and the Persons who are to be Members of that Council shall be from Time to Time chosen and summoned by the Imperial Minister and sworn in as Privy Councillors, and Members thereof may be from Time to Time removed by the Imperial Minister.

4. All Powers, Authorities, and Functions which under any Act of the Parliament of TRS, are at the Union vested in or exerciseable by the respective Leaders of those Nations, with the Advice, or with the Advice and Consent, of the respective Executive Councils thereof, or in conjunction with those Councils, or with any Number of Members thereof, or by those Leaders individually, shall, as far as the same continue in existence and capable of being exercised after the Union in relation to the Government of TRS, be vested in and exerciseable by the Imperial Minister, with the Advice or with the Advice and Consent of or in conjunction with the Imperial Privy Council of TRS, or any Members thereof, or by the Imperial Minister individually. In cases of emergency the Imperial Minister may dissolve Parliament and declare Marshall Law, which means all powers shall be granted to Him alone.

Power to the Imperial Minister to authorize Lord High Chancellor to appoint Deputies 5. It shall be lawful for the Imperial Minister, if he thinks fit, to authorize the Lord High Chancellor from Time to Time to appoint any Person or any Persons jointly or severally to be his Deputy or Deputies within any Part or Parts of TRS, and in that Capacity to exercise during the Pleasure of the Lord High Chancellor such of the Powers, Authorities, and Functions of the Lord High Chancellor as the Lord High Chancellor deems it necessary or expedient to assign to him or them, subject to any Limitations or Directions expressed or given by the Imperial Minister; but the Appointment of such a Deputy or Deputies shall not affect the Exercise by the Lord High Chancellor himself of any Power, Authority, or Function.

Command of Armed Forces to continue to be vested in the Imperial Minister 6. The Command-in-Chief of the Land and Naval Militia, and of all Naval and Military Forces, of and in TRS, is hereby declared to continue and be vested in the Imperial Minister, who may appoint deputies to various position as deemed fit for the running of the Armed Forces.

Article. II.

LEGISLATIVE BRANCH

Section 1

There shall be One Parliament for The Reunited States (TRS), consisting of the an Upper House styled the House of Lords, and the House of Commons. All Legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a unicameral Parliament of the The Reunited States.

1. The privileges, immunities, and powers to be held, enjoyed, and exercised by the Houses, and by the members thereof respectively, shall be such as are from time to time defined by Act of the Parliament of TRS or the Imperial Minister, but so that any Act of the Parliament of TRS defining such privileges, immunities, and powers shall not confer any privileges, immunities, or powers exceeding those at the passing of such Act held, enjoyed, and exercised by the Commons House of Parliament .

Section 2.

1. The House of Commons shall be composed of Members chosen every Second Month by the People of the Region, and Members shall have the Qualifications requisite for this position. The House of Commons shall, subject to the Provisions of this Act, consist of five Members, who shall be styled Commons.

2. No Person shall be a Common who shall not have attained to the Age of ten Years, and been one week a Citizen of the Region.

3. When vacancies happen in the House of Commons, the Imperial Minister, or Lord High Chancellor shall issue Writs of Election to fill such Vacancies.

4. When one is elected they shall have the obligation to log in a Minimum of Once a Week, unless prior Announcing that they shall be withheld from logging in for a more extended period of time. Failure to do so may result in penalization.

Section 3.

1. The House of Lords of shall be composed of 5 Members, elected by the people and hold their position thereof for Three Months. Members shall be styled Lords, the female version of which is Lady.

2. If Vacancies happen by Resignation or Impeachment, the Imperial Minister may make temporary Appointments which shall fill such Vacancies.

3. No Person shall be a Lord (or lady) who shall not have attained to the Age of eleven Years, and been one week a Citizen of The Reunited states.

4. When one is elected they shall have the obligation to log in a Minimum of Once a Week, unless prior Announcing that they shall be withheld from logging in for a more extended period of time. Failure to do so may result in penalization.

5. The Hose of Lords shall have the Power to try all Impeachments. When sitting for that Purpose, they shall be on Oath. No Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of three fifths of the Members present.

6. Judgment in Cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honour, Trust or Profit under Empires of Earth: but the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment and Punishment, according to Law.

Section 4.

1. The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Commons and for Lords, shall be given when the time comes; but the Houses may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations. Elections for Commons shall take place on the second Month from the Month at which the House becomes full, however on no specific date. The Same goes for the House of Lords, with the exception that it is every third month.

Section 5.

1. Each House may determine the Rules of its Proceedings, punish its Members for disorderly Behaviour, and, with the Concurrence of three fifths, expel a Member.

2. Each House shall keep a Journal of its Proceedings, and from time to time publish the same, excepting such Parts as may in their Judgment require Secrecy; and the Yeas and Nays of the Members of either House on any question shall, at the Desire of one fifth of those Present, be entered on the Journal.

Section 6.

1. The Parliament shall not have the Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts.

2. To borrow Money on the credit of the The Reunited States;

3. To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization, and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the Region;

4. To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin;

5. To establish Post Offices and post Roads;

1. The Parliament shall have the Power To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed, and Offences against the Law of Nations;

2. To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water;

3. To raise and support Armies;

4. To make Rules for the Government and Regulation of the armed forces;

5. To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;

6. To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of TRS;--And

7. To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of TRS, or in any Department or Officer thereof.

Section 7.

1. The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it.

2. No Bill of Attainder shall be passed.

3. No Capitation, or other direct, Tax shall be laid.

4. No Tax or Duty shall be laid on Articles exported from any Nation.

5. No Preference shall be given by any Regulation of Commerce or Revenue to the Ports of one Nation over those of another; nor shall Vessels bound to, or from, one Nation, be obliged to enter, clear, or pay Duties in another.

6. Titles of Nobility may be granted by The Reunited States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the King, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any Foreign Monarch or State.

Section 10.

1. No Nation shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation; grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal with a foreign Region;

Article III.

Judicial Branch

Section 1.

1. The judicial Power of The Reunited States shall be vested in One Supreme Court. The Judges shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services a Compensation, which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office.

Section 2.

1. The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases arising under this Constitution, the Laws of The Reunited States, and Treaties made, or which shall be made;--to all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls;--to all Cases of admiralty and maritime Jurisdiction;--to Controversies to which The Reunited States shall be a Party;--to Controversies between two or more Nations [Nations mind you, not regions];-- between a Nation and Citizens of another Nation;--between Citizens of different Nations;-- and between a Nation, or the Citizens thereof, and foreign Regions, Citizens or Subjects.

2. In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a Nation shall be Party, the Supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact, with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Parliament shall make.

3. The Trial of all Crimes, except in Cases of Impeachment, shall be by Jury.

Section 3.

1. Treason against The Reunited States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of a witness to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

2. The Parliament and Monarch shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.

Section 4.

1. The Surpeme Court Shall consist of 3 members: The Imperial Minister, The Lord High Chancellor, and an Elected Judge.

2. Whilst the Two Former serve for their term in office, that latter shall be elected Once every Sixth Month.

Article IV.

Nation States

Section 1.

1. Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each Nation State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other Nation State. And the Parliament may by general Laws prescribe the Manner in which such Acts, Records and Proceedings shall be proved, and the Effect thereof.

Section 2.

1. The Citizens of each Nation-State shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several Nation-States.

2. A Person charged in This Region with Treason, Felony, or other Crime, who shall flee from Justice, and be found in another Region, shall on Demand of the executive Authority of the Region from which he fled, be delivered up, to be removed to the Region having Jurisdiction of the Crime.

Section 3.

1. New Nation-States may be admitted into this Union; but no new Nation-State shall be formed by the Junction of two or more Nation-States, or Parts of States, without the Consent of the Legislatures of the Nation-States concerned as well as of the Regional Parliament.

2. The Parliament shall have Power to dispose of and make all needful Rules and Regulations respecting the Territory or other Property belonging to the Region; and nothing in this Constitution shall be so construed as to Prejudice any Claims of The Reunited States, or of any particular Nation-State.

Section 4.

1. The Reunited States shall guarantee to every Nation-State in this Union protection of each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic Violence.

Article V.

1.The Parliament, whenever One Fifth of a House shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the Application of the Legislatures of One Third of the several Nation-States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which, in either Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as Part of this Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three fourths of the several States, or by Conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other Mode of Ratification may be proposed by the Parliament.

Article VI.

Supremacy Clause

1. All Engagements entered into, before the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against The Reunited States under this Constitution.

2. This Constitution, and the Laws of The Reunited States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of Empires of Earth, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the leaders in Every Nation-State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any Nation-State to the Contrary notwithstanding.

3.The Lords and Commons before mentioned, and all executive and judicial Officers, shall be bound by Oath to support this Constitution.

Done in Convention by the Unanimous Consent of the Leaders present the Fourteenth Day of June in the Year of our Lord Two Thousand and Six and In witness whereof We have hereunto subscribed our Names,
