The Underground City is the capital of Niogoul-Maeromirpli.
Features
- The Black Citadel wherein the YlimNeicna brothers live
- The necromancer training academy which trains necromancers for the army of Niogoul-Maeromirpli
- The City is also home to much of Niogoul-Maeromirpli's commerce.
Wemfyrra
The Underground City has a large population of Wemfyrra, due to the fact that there is no sunlight in the City.
