Torn Elkandu

Torn Elkandu is the name given to a region which encompasses an alternate universe consisting of a number of loosely connected worlds, pocket-realms, independent space stations, and lunar colonies. Although taking place approximately ten thousand years in the future, a wide range of levels of technological and magical development is represented.

Although the capital city is nominally the city of Torn Elkandu in the nation of Elkandu, few nations in the region actually listen to Elkandu and tend to prefer to do their own thing anyway. (For that matter, even residents of Elkandu don't tend to listen to the government of Elkandu.)
